Justin Bieber partied with P Diddy or at his son #JustinCombs' 21st birthday bash at a mansion in Bel Air over the weekend. According to TMZ, the rapper threw JC a '90s-themed party, which was attended by a bunch of celebs in #Khalil, #KendallJenner, #MadisonBeer, and #ASAPRocky.
