Antonio Banderas, who split from wife of 19yrs #MelanieGriffith earlier this year, was photo’d checking out his new girlfriend Nicole Kempel’s butt as they left Restaurante Fragata in Sitges, Spain on Thursday night.

The 54-year-old actor was first spotted with the leggy Dutch investment banker at various events during Cannes Film Festival in France back in May. They were also seen together at L'Opera restaurant in St Tropez, France, on August 16.

Melanie recently said that she's moving on and happy since filing for divorce from Antonio. The actress told Indiewire.

“My kids are almost grown. I'm getting divorced. I'm just happy. I'm really joyful. Life is good. I'm going to do a lot of things. I'm going to do Pippin on Broadway in January, [but] it's not about my career now. It's just about finding great work and having a good time.”

Sharon Stone has slammed dating reports with Antonio Banderas and said they were "unkind and unfounded". There were reports that Stone, 56, and the recently single 'Mask of Zorro' star were romantically involved following his split from Melanie Griffith, reported Us magazine.

"Antonio is a brother to me, and Melanie has been with me for each and every birth of my three children. They are my family. I find this salacious, unkind, unfounded reporting to be the typical pretense of what passes as 'journalism' today," she said.

In an interview with E! News, Bollywood actress Mallika Sherawat spoke out Wednesday to deny report that she had shared a connection with Antonio Banderas before his divorce from Melanie Griffith, claiming that the man who made those claims, stylist Ivan Bitton, was a total stranger.

Now Radar reports that Bitton is fighting back and has turned over text messages with Sherawat to shed insight into what he calls her “obsession” with Banderas.

The text messages suggest Sherawat knew her friend would be talking to the media about her relationship with Banderas. In addition, they appear to prove she lied in her statement to E! News.

Sherawat: Should I tweet [Radar's story] saying Leave Me Alone. That way it serves our purpose and we don’t look bad.

Bitton: What do you mean?

Sherawat: If I tweet story without any caption it looks like I am tweeting it for publicity. Tweeting with that caption I think works. Leave me alone and I put a link to radar on line.

Bitton: brilliant.

Sherawat: That way I am saying leave me alone to this media!!

Radar claims on June 26 Sherawat sent Bitton, a text that read:

“I don’t want stupid article to create any misunderstanding between us. i had nothing to do with it..We are both adults and we can deal wt problems in an adult dignified way. You told me to tell them that you were my stylist and I fired you. And that’s exactly what I did. But I understand u r upset, i just wanted to tell u that’s a side of story. That’s all. I will leave you alone. You hanging up on like that is very rude. I love you very much and wouldn’t want stupid exaggerated stories in media spoiling our friendship. And remember any publicity is good publicity.”

Bitton now has a warning for Banderas:

“Mallika has been entertaining the idea of a relationship with Antonio Banderas to draw attention to herself in the Indian press,” he claims. “As a matter of fact, Mallika texted Antonio’s agent upon her return from Cannes a few weeks back, asking him to set up a secret meeting with Antonio, and suggesting to the agent that Antonio is the one who asked to meet with Mallika in private back in Los Angeles.”
