It looks like Chris Brown, 25, is making good on his vow to turn over a new leaf after jail. The singer is kissing his LA bachelor pad and his single lifestyle goodbye, and preparing to build his ‘dream home’ with his lady love Karrueche!

“That’s his lady. He wouldn’t have it any other way,” according to HollywoodLife.com. “He loves her, loves being with her and one of the things he promised her while he was in jail was that he would stick by her, and he’s continuing to do that. All he wants is to be peaceful and to set up shop somewhere that will make him and Karrueche [Tran] happy.”
