"Django Unchained" actress, Daniele Watts, who accused cops of racially profiling her in L.A. for making out with her white boyfriend in a car last month, was formally charged with lewd conduct on Tuesday, along with her boyfriend #BrianJamesLucas.
Earlier this week, "Django Unchained" Daniele Watts accused the LAPD of racism and claimed they harassed and hurt her because she was just kissing her white boyfriend in a car but now, TMZ has obtained photos of the incident which suggests they did a lot more than that.
The pics show Daniele straddling her boyfriend Brian James Lucas in his car while the couple steady themselves with their hands on the car sunroof.
An eyewitness, who worked in a nearby office told TMZ that Brian was sitting in the passenger seat with his feet on the curb while Daniele straddled him with her shirt pulled up, breasts exposed.
The eyewitness also said that the actress was grinding on top of Brian, rocking back and forth. Someone from the office went down and asked them to stop because everyone in the office could see them but they continued.
In an interview with Buzzfeed, on September 14, "Django Unchained" actress Daniele Watts, maintained that she and her partner Brian James Lucas were only kissing in a car with the door open near CBS studios in the San Fernando Valley on September 11 before cops arrived, handcuffed and detained her.
However, witnesses from the nearby building allegedly told the cops that they were watching the couple having sex in the passenger seat with the wide door open. One eyewitnesses said Brian was sitting in the seat while she was straddling him, in plain sight of everyone around them.
In a police audio of the incident obtained by TMZ, Daniele is heard accusing the cops of racism when Sgt. Jim Parker asks her for ID. She then tells cops that they don't know who she is before storming off, refusing to show her ID.
Sgt. Parker can be heard telling the actress that the police were responding to calls from a nearby office. She says:
“I bet there's at least one person up there who's a racist. I bet you. I bet you're a little bit racist.”
After refusing to give her name, the actress demands to know Sgt. Parker’s first name, before adding:
“I think I’d like to identify you to my publicist. What’s your first name? I guess we all have our destinies... I serve freedom and love. You guys serve detainment. That's cool. I hope you feel free... I hope when you're f***ing your spouses you really feel alive. That you feel thankful, full of gratitude for the freedom that you have, that you share with the people of this country.”
Actress Daniele Watts, who starred in the movie "Django Unchained" claims she was recently a victim of racism and police brutality because she was showing affection to a white man.
Daniele, who is black, and her hubby, Brian James Lucas were making out in a parked car outside the CBS studios in the San Fernando Valley on Thursday, after she left a meeting at CBS with a director. A resident of a nearby apartment saw them kissing and assumed she was a prostitute so he called the cops.
When the cops arrived, they demanded to see their IDs but Daniele refused and walked away. The cops then followed her, cuffed her and threw her in the back of their patrol car.
She wrote on Facebook:
Her husband, Brian, who is a chef, supported her account of the incident. He also wrote on Facebook:
"From the questions that he asked me as D was already on her phone with her dad, I could tell that whoever called on us (including the officers), saw a tatted RAWKer white boy and a hot bootie shorted black girl and thought we were a HO (prostitute) & a TRICK (client).
“They handcuffed her and threw her roughly into the back of the cop car until they could figure out who she was. In the process of handcuffing her, they cut her wrist, which was truly NOT COOL!!!"
