#VStiviano Says She Never Slept With #DonaldSterling Because He Is Gay

Donald Sterling's former assistant, V. Stiviano has filed new legal docs claiming she never slept with him because he is gay. She filed the docs in response to Donald's wife, Shelly's allegations that she accepted cars and property from Donald that were not his property.

According to TMZ, in the docs filed in L.A. County Superior Court, V. said the items were given to her in exchange for being Donald's "beard" and that Shelly knew about it. She also claims she was "not ever a sexual partner of Donald T. Sterling" and "believes that he is a homosexual and enjoys sexual acts and or sexual congress with males."

V. claims that Shelly was "acutely aware of [Donald's] sexual orientation and condoned same as well as acknowledged and approved [Donald's] gifts of money to her.” In addition, she said the gifts she received were Donald's separate property and not community property.

V. is now suing Shelly and Donald for defamation, claiming they called her a thief and said she embezzled money and property from Donald. She's demanding no less than $10 million.

Donald Sterling was in court in Los Angeles yesterday (July 8) to face off against Shelly Sterling in the case around the Clippers ownership. Good ol' Donald apparently, avoided reporter at the entrance by sneaking into the courtroom. His wife, Shelly did the exact opposite.

During the trial, Donald, who skipped day one of the trial, mercilessly slammed Shelly and even called her lawyer a “smart ass” before saying:

"It’s ludicrous to think she could run a corporation. She’s beautiful, but she can’t run anything”

Day two of the trial concluded with Donald telling the court that he could get a better deal for the Clippers (than Shelly) and bring in between $2.5 and $5 billion for the team.

Donald Sterling is living it up! He reportedly had a fun a weekend getaway with FOUR different women at the JW Marriott hotel in Palm Desert, California.

An eyewitness told  RadarOnline  that the 80-year-old billionaire who is still married to his wife of 59 years, Shelly Sterling, showed off his wealth and playboy status with two Asian and two African American women.

“He was with two Asian and two black women, but never all at once. It was two the first day and then two the second day at separate times. It was real obvious, the way he was laying with them. He was walking around with them and buying them stuff. My wife was very jealous of all the Louis Vuitton’s walking around!”

“He was having issues walking and you can tell he’s not all there,” the source continued. And he craps with the door open. I inadvertently followed him to the bathroom and there he was door wide open. He refused to close it.”

“He was obviously trying to be seen, at such a busy place and at the pool on a weekend. He strolled through the property with them a lot on his arm and it seemed like he was trying to prove he’s not a racist. I asked for a photo but he said no, so I waited for this selfie.”

Sounds like Sterling had a fun weekend. However, he  was photographed yesterday with an African American woman,  checking into the Desert hotel looking “like he didn’t have a care in the world".
