The 20-year-old son of actor Robert Downey Jr. was arrested for possession of cocaine in West Hollywood, on June 29.
TMZ reports that Indio Downey was a passenger in a car when an L.A. County Sheriff's deputy drove up next to the car and noticed he was smoking something out of a pipe. Indio’s car was then pulled over and searched. The cocaine was discovered in his possession.
Indio, who starred in the movie "Kiss Kiss Bang Bang, was then arrested and taken to jail. He later posted $10K bail and was released just after midnight on Sunday.
