Yesterday, we found out that Amber Rose has filed for divorce from husband Wiz Khalifa after one year of marriage and people started wondering if Nick Cannon was to blame because rumors have been swirling that the two were romantically involved.

However, hours after the news broke, TMZ reported that Nick wants it made clear that he is NOT to blame for Amber‘s split from Wiz.

Nick Cannon, 33, wore the world's most expensive shoes at America's Got Talent finale in NYC on Wednesday. The diamond encrusted Tom Ford shoes, which he wore barefoot, cost a whooping $2.2million.

The shoes have 14,000 full-cut round white diamonds set onto white gold, with a total carat weight of 340 carats. To complete his look, Nick wore an expensive looking designer watch.

The shoes were designed by Jason Arasheben and he told Women's Wear Daily:

“Not very often do I get a request for the most expensive shoes in the world. When Nick approached me last year, he said he wanted to make history and be so over the top. ‘How can we make the most expensive pair of shoes in the world and make this finale special?' he asked me.”

“We didn’t want him looking like Frankenstein when he walked, we still needed to consider functionality. He’s not going to win a race or play basketball with these. It’s still a piece of jewelry. As long as he’s not too overly aggressive in the shoes, everything should be all right.”

She was spotted twice in one day on Tuesday in New York. First, she took her twins Moroccan and Monroe out for pizza earlier on Tuesday, looking gorgeous in a wrap dress and a hat. Then she stepped out for dinner later that night, wearing a sexy black leather mac, LBD and a pair of Louboutin heels.

Meanwhile, her soon to be ex-hubby, Nick Cannon, was also spotted leaving Mariah’s condo in Tribeca, NYC that afternoon, after spending time with his kids.

Nick Cannon reportedly ended his marriage to diva Mariah Carey and not the other way round. An insider close to the couple told TMZ that Nick told everyone involved that he was deeply concerned about Mariah’s emotional state and decided to end the marriage because he believes the environment around Mariah is toxic for the kids.

The insider also said that Nick believes their kids have already shown signs of emotional distress from living with Mariah and that he just want to create an environment separate from her that will give the kids a safe haven from the “chaos” going on at her house.

Nick has also been telling his people that he’s deeply concerned about Mariah’s mental health and believes the people around her only care about getting paid.

Finally, Nick is allegedly taking a “passive” role in the divorce because he wants a peaceful divorce.

#MariahCarey Slaps #NickCannon With Divorce Gagging Order

Mariah Carey has gagged Nick Cannon, barring him from revealing details about their divorce. An insider told TMZ that the couple signed a confidentiality agreement as part of their divorce which states that there will be severe financial penalties if Nick talks about their split.

He is allowed to say that they're now living separately but nothing else. Nick already confirmed the split in an interview with “The Insider With Yahoo!” on August 21.

The Insider reports:

Amid multiple reports that divorce is imminent for the couple who has been married for six years, Cannon, 33, has confirmed that he and Carey, 44, are living apart.

“There is trouble in paradise,” the America’s Got Talent host exclusively revealed to The Insider With Yahoo on Thursday. “We have been living in separate houses for a few months.”

Cannon also dispelled rumors that the problems in his relationship are due to infidelity.

“My main focus is my kids,” he said of their 3-year-old twins, Moroccan and Monroe, aka “Dem Babies.”
