Last week, Bobbi Kristina Brown’s cousin Jerod Brown claimed that Nick Gordon was taking legal action in order to see her in hospital, a claim that Nick's attorney denied. Now, Nick says he wants to see her but admits he's been banned from visiting the hospital. He issued a statement via his lawyer Randall Kessler on Wednesday, saying:
Bobbi Kristina Brown is still fighting for her life and now her boyfriend Nick Gordon, who was like an adopted son to #WhitneyHouston, is being investigated for possible foul play.
Bobbi Kristina Brown and Nick Gordon are not married, according to her father Bobby Brown. In a statement on Tuesday, Bobby’s attorney said: “Bobbi Kristina is not and has never been married to Nick Gordon.”

Bobbi Kristina Brown’s husband Nick Gordon was arrested for DUI on August 28 after a car crash in Georgia. #WhitneyHouston’s daughter was not in the car, no other vehicle was involved and Gordon’s passenger, Mason Whitaker was not injured.
In a statement, the police department in Roswell, Georgia said:
“Today, at about 11:37am, there was a single vehicle accident at Holcomb Bridge Rd (GA 140) near the intersection of Barnwell Rd involving a BMW sedan. Preliminary investigation shows that the vehicle attempted to change lanes, struck a curb and overturned, striking a fire hydrant. There were no injuries reported and no one was transported to the hospital.”
Gordon was charged with failure to maintain lane and driving with a suspended license. He is in custody at the Roswell Detention Center.
