Comedian Roseanne Barr sent her Twitter fans into a frenzy today after she shared a pic of her bloody and swollen face, which she captioned “tussle with Bill Cosby” insinuating that Bill brutally beat her up but some of her fans didn't find it funny while others didn't get the joke.
