#ShiaLaBeouf Gets Restraining Order Against Female Stalker Who Threatened To Blow Up His Home

Shia LaBeouf has been granted a restraining order against a woman who has found at his home last month. According to court documents, Graciela Nahle, 31, showed up at his Los Angeles home on three occasions in the last few months and even ate watermelon in his driveway during one of her visits.

When the actor asked her to leave, she screamed at him: “I am going to blow up your house! I am going to blow up the world. You are Albert Einstein and we belong together.”

According to TMZ, Nahle once showed up at Shia’s house with a child in her arms claiming that she and the actor were best friends in a previous life.

Nahle was arrest for trespassing and criminal threats last month. She pleaded no-contest and was sentence to 45 days in jail but was released after four days. She has now been ordered to stay 100 yards away from Shia.

#ShiaLaBeouf Pleads Guilty To Disorderly Conduct In Broadway Meltdown Case

On Wednesday, (September 10) Shia LaBeouf pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct related to his drunken “Cabaret” meltdown in June this year.

He was sentenced to complete six months of outpatient alcohol rehab, including the 3 months treatment he has already completed. The judge said that if Shia obeys all laws for the next six months, the case will be cleared from his record.

On June 26, Shia went on a six-hour rampage after getting seriously drunk. He chased a homeless man around Times Square while trying to get a bag of McDonald’s the man was holding. Later that day, he caused chaos at a performance of “Cabaret” at Studio 54 in NYC by standing up in the middle of the show, shouting obscenities, smoking and even slapping star Alan Cumming on the butt.

Shia then had a fight with cops outside the venue and asked if they knew who he was. He ended up being outfitted with a facemask after he spat on cops.

#ShiaLaBeouf Calls 911 After Female Intruder Showed Up At His LA Home

Shia LaBeouf has done a lot of weird things in the past but this time it wasn’t his fault. The actor came face-to-face with a female intruder when she turned up at his door in LA.

He panicked and called 911 for help. TMZ released the recorded 911 call in which Shia is heard telling the dispatcher that the woman had been stalking him for weeks.

He said: "I have a person in my house who has been stalking me for three weeks now. I have no idea [who she is] but she's been turning up at my house randomly, she's basically on my property."

At one point, Shia screamed: "Don't touch me!". Cops arrived minutes later and arrested the 31-year-old woman named Graciela Nahle. She pleaded no contest to trespassing earlier this week and was sentenced to 45 days in jail but was released after four days. She has been ordered to stay away from Shia.

#ShiaLaBeouf Checks Into Rehab After Arrest

Shia LaBeouf checked into rehab in Los Angeles on June 3, just a few days after chasing a homeless man in Times Square and being arrested during a Broadway performance of Cabaret.

According to x17Online, he was spotted with an Alcoholics Anonymous book clutched in his hand and later checked himself into rehab. Photographers who followed him from his home to the facility  said:

'Shia was nervous; he didn't look good all morning. He was looking down and wasn't even talking to his driver. It didn't look like he wanted to do it but he knew he had to.'

This isn’t the first time Shea has been in trouble. The actor, who previously revealed he accompanied his father to AA meetings as a child, was arrested by LA police back in 2005 for assault with a deadly weapon after he threatened to drive into his neighbor's car.

In 2007 he was arrested at a Chicago Walgreens when he refused to leave the property when security asked him to do so. Earlier this year, LaBeouf stormed out of a Nymphomaniac press conference in Berlin, before arriving on the red carpet for the film's German premiere wearing a paper bag on his head that read, 'I am not famous anymore.'

#ShiaLaBeouf Released From Police Custody

Shia LaBeouf leaves the police department looking a bit disheveled on Friday morning (June 27) in New York City.

On Thursday night, the 28-year-old actor was reportedly handcuffed by police and escorted out of a performance of the Broadway musical Cabaret after slapping people and smoking during the show. He even had to be placed in a face mask for spitting and cursing wildly at officers.

Earlier on Thursday, the actor got into a scuffle with a homeless man over a hat. A witness said that Shia thought the homeless man had his hat and was trying to get it back.

According to the witness, Shia looked “whacked out” and kept saying “It’s me, Shia.” Lolz!

#ShiaLabeouf Arrested For Disorderly Conduct

Shia Labeouf has been arrested in a New York City club.

He was at a cabaret show at Studio 54, on Thursday night and was smoking inside (which is against the law). He reportedly, "alarmed people" by being extremely loud. The cops were called and he was arrested.

The NYPD confirmed he's been charged for trespass and disorderly conduct.
