Tulisa Contostavlos returned to the X Factor on Thursday after being replaced by #SharonOsbourne in 2013. She was photo’d flaunting her enviable curves while filming on a beach in Southampton, Bermuda.
Last week, the Metro reported that Tulisa will assist #LouisWalsh in selecting acts for the live shows while Simon Cowell will be assisted by #Sinitta and #PaulaAbdul.
Earlier today, former Xfactor judge Tulisa Contostavlos was found guilty of hitting a blogger, Savvas Morgan, during an altercation at #VFestival in London, last year.
She looked stunned as the verdict was read out then shook her head and said “this is bulls***” as she walked out of Stratford Magistrates Court in east London. Contostavlos was ordered to pay £200 fine, £2,700 contribution towards the cost of the prosecution, £100 compensation to Morgan and a £20 victim surcharge.
Earlier this week, Contostavlos was cleared of brokering a drug deal with an undercover reporter.
Tulisa Contostavlos’ personal assistant, Gareth Varey made the claims to an undercover reporter Mazher Mahmood when asked about Simon's sexuality.
In a statement today, Varey said:
“On 10 May 2013 in the course of seeking to entrap Tulisa, Mazher Mahmood supplied Tulisa, me and others with a lot of alcohol. I can no longer recall all of the details of that evening but I have listened to the recording made by Mahmood. I was clearly very drunk”
“At some point and utterly out of the blue Mahmood asked me if Simon Cowell was gay. I said he was. This is not true. I do not know why I said it, but assume it is because I was so drunk and felt that I was giving Mahmood the type of information he was seeking. I am very sorry for this.”
The trial was thrown out after Judge McCreath concluded that Mazher Mahmood’s lies had fatally undermined the prosecution. Tulisa was cleared of brokering the drugs deal which was first reported in The Sun newspaper last year. Mahmood has been suspended by the paper.

According to a footage played at the trial of former #XFactor judge Tulisa Contostavlos, Simon Cowell is gay. The footage shot by an undercover reporter, showed Tulisa's personal assistant Gareth Varey saying he "knows people" who have slept with Simon Cowell.
Mazher Mahmood, dubbed the “fake sheikh”, posed as a wealthy film producer called Samir Khan and the video was recorded in his suite at the Metropolitan hotel in London.
Mahmood was heard asking Mr Varey if Simon Cowell was gay.
Varey replied: "Yes."
Mahmood asked: "Have you slept with him?"
Varey replied: "No."
Asked why, he answered: "I will when I make my move."
Mahmood said: "How do you know he's gay?"
Varey replied: "I know people who have."
Tulisa is on trial for allegedly boasting that she could “sort out” cocaine for Mahmood and put him in touch with her rapper friend Mike GLC who supplies Class A drugs. Tulisa denies brokering the drug deal.
A spokesman for Simon Cowell said:
"We are bound by contempt of court rules so cannot respond to these claims in the manner we wish to. We are speaking to the Attorney General's office - and we intend to make a statement in court as soon as possible."
