A few days ago, it was reported that Justin Bieber's new neighbors called the cops on him, twice in one night, after complaining about the loud noise from his apartment and screaming wild fans.
On the back of that incident, the Home Owner's Association reportedly had an emergency meeting this week and decided to hire a security team and bill the owner of Bieber's units. The security team, who started on Tuesday, will work between 6 PM and 8 AM, TMZ reports.
The poor landlord has to cough up the dough to pay the guards because the HOA can't go after tenants. Good job Justin!
