Hannah Davis is the
2015 cover model of "Sports Illustrated's" Swimsuit issue. Jimmy Fallon announced
the news and unveiled the cover on Wednesday’s #TheTonightShow. The 24-year-old
model, who has been dating former #Yankees star #DerekJeter‘s for two years, previously
appeared in the mag three times but assumed there was no way she’d get the
