#JayZ's Record Lable #RocNation Sued By A Sound Engineer

Earlier this year, Jay Z and Roc Nation filed an extortion report claiming against a sound engineer named #ChaunceyMahan, claiming he refused to return a bunch of important master recordings in his possession, demanding $100K for the music.

However, the case against Chauncey was later dropped after Jay Z setup a meeting with Chauncey at a storage facilely, presumably to settle their differences but the LAPD busted in and confiscated the very important master recording so nether Jay nor Chauncey got them in the end.

Now, on, July 8, Chauncey filed a lawsuit claiming he was a key producer of  six of #RocAFella's biggest albums created between 1999 – 2000 and wants a declaration from a judge confirming his claims which will declare him a co-owner of the label and that way, he can get the master albums back from the LAPD, TMZ reports.
