Mother of six kids, Kim Zolciak, who gave birth to twins less than a year ago, had a tummy tuck to tighten up her waist and a second boob job. Earlier today, the reality star shared a new pic to showed off her new figure and boobs, which she captioned:

However, her fans didn’t buy it and accused her of photoshopping the pic. One user wrote:
“@kimzolciakbiermann I think you are great, but.... Come on the thigh gap is totally photoshopped. You can tell on the booty pic the ribbon is not right. Expected more from you.”
