Miley Cyrus has annoyed Mexican Government officials with her stage antics. The singer was performing Tuesday night in Monterrey, Mexico when one of her dancers slapped her prosthetic booty with a Mexican flag.
Mexican officials are now saying that she disrespected a national symbol so the congress of the state of Nuevo Leon wants her prosecuted.
