Earlier today, Eva Longoria, Zoe Saldana and other celebrities took to Twitter to mourn Elizabeth Pena, 55, who died of natural causes at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles on Tuesday evening, according to her manager Gina Rugolo.
Yesterday, her nephew Mario-Francisco Robles wrote an obituary in the Latino Review about his aunt's career.
Pena had a wide-ranging career over several decades and starred in many films including Rush Hour, La Bamba, Jacob’s Ladder, The Incredibles, “American Dad,” and Lone Star. She also made an appearance on “Modern Family” twice last year.
May her soul rest in peace, Amen.
