Lil Wayne's first daughter Reginae Carter turned sweet 16 last week and her parents threw her a lavish birthday bash in Atlanta on Saturday.
She also received a Ferrari from her mom and a BMW X6 from the rapper as birthday gifts. Tons of celebs attended the bash including #NickiMinaj, #TI and his wife #Tiny.
