Oprah Winfrey threw an early surprise bash for her BFF Gayle King’s 60th birthday, which is actually on December 28. Oprah shared pics from the party on Tuesday and captioned the pic of Gayle blowing out an impressive display of cupcakes:

She also shared a collage of Gayle's children Kirby Bumpus and William Bumpus Jr., as well as her CBS “This Morning” co-host #CharlieRose. Oprah captioned it:
