Scarlett Johansson has secretly married her fiancé Romain Dauriac. Rumors began swirling that the couple had tied the knot after she was spotted wearing a ring on her wedding finger last month.
Now, PageSix reports that the actress and the French journalist married in a secret ceremony, shortly after the birth of their daughter Rose in September. A source said:
“Scarlett and Romain were married in a very intimate ceremony after the birth of their daughter. They kept the wedding a big secret because they both wanted privacy.”
Although Scarlett and Romain are yet to confirm the news the source said they decided against holding the ceremony in his native Paris and instead married at a secret location in the United States.
The couple, who started dating in 2012, were engaged in August 2013. At the time Scarlett, who was previously married to #RyanReynolds, said she didn’t want to “rush” tying the knot as “being engaged is an exciting time to enjoy and to really savor.”
