The battle between Kesha and Dr. Luke got complicated on Tuesday after the music producer filed a new lawsuit against Kesha’s mother, Pebe Sebert for fabricating her daughter’s sexual assault claims against him.

Kesha swore under oath in 2011 that her producer Dr. Luke didn’t sexually abuse or drug her. On Tuesday, a judge unsealed a 2011 deposition, taken during a lawsuit in which a former manager sued both Kesha and Dr. Luke.

Dr. Luke has filed a lawsuit against Kesha, just hours after she sued him for physical and sexual abuse.

In the court docs, Luke claims Kesha tried to extort him and spread lies about him in a plan engineered by her mom and her new management firm. He also alleges that Kesha threatened to spread lies about him to a blogger who started a "Free Kesha" website unless he released her from her recording contract.

Luke’s lawyer, Christine Lepera told TMZ that Kesha is on “a campaign of publishing outrageous and untrue statement.” She also said that Kesha and her mom have already admitted the statements are false.

Kesha has filed a lawsuit against her music producer Dr. Luke for sexually, physically, verbally and emotionally abusing her for a period of 10 years, which led to the eating disorder and emotional problems that landed her in rehab earlier this year.

According to TMZ, the 27-year-old entertainer alleges that Dr Luke forced himself on her sexually on multiple occasions, and often forced her to use drugs and alcohol. In one instance, Kesha claims he forced her to snort something before getting on a plane and during the trip he forced himself on her while she was drugged.

She claims that on a different occasion, Dr. Luke forced her to drink with him, gave her what he called "sober pill" and she woke up the following day naked in his bed, sore, sick and with no memory of how she got there.

Kesha‘s lawyer Mark Geragos said:

“This lawsuit is a wholehearted effort by Kesha to regain control of her music career and her personal freedom after suffering for ten years as a victim of mental manipulation, emotional abuse and an instance of sexual assault at the hands of Dr. Luke.”

“The facts presented in our lawsuit paint a picture of a man who is controlling and willing to commit horrible acts of abuse in an attempt to intimidate an impressionable, talented, young female artist into submission for his personal gain. Kesha is focused on moving her life and her career beyond this terrible time.”

Kesha wants a judge to let her out of her contract with Dr. Luke.
