Hilary Duff finally filed for divorce from Mike Comrie on Friday, a year after they separated. The 27-year-old actress/singer filed the legal docs via her attorney #LauraWasser and cited irreconcilable differences. She’s seeking primary physical custody of their son, Luca, who turns 3 next month, and wants Mike to have visitation privileges.
Hilary Duff tripped and fell outside The Nice Guy restaurant in West Hollywood on Friday night. The singer/actress recovered quickly and laughed off the embarrassing mishap. Hilary is currently splitting her time between LA and New York, where she has been filming the upcoming TV series, Younger.
Haylie Duff is pregnant and expecting her first child with fiancé Matt Rosenberg. The 29-year-old actress announced the news on Tuesday via her food blog The Real Girl's Kitchen. She wrote:

Hilary Duff has contacted the FBI over explicit new photos that allegedly show her naked. On Friday, a new batch of very graphic nude photos of celebs, including Hillary Duff surfaced but she claims she’s not the woman in the pics.
Her rep says they've examined the alleged pics and determined they are fake. The actress has very "defining birthmarks" and recognizable tattoos that do not appear on the woman in the new photos. One of the tattoos is an anchor on the inside of Hilary's left ankle that she's had for years but it doesn't show up in any of the pics.
Hilary has forwarded the links to the FBI and anyone who publicly states that the pics are of Hilary or even shares them is "going to meet legal recourse."
Hilary Duff came up with a strange but cool way to promote her new single “Chasing the Sun”....from the sky! On July 26, the single mother, who recently signed to RCA Records shared thousands of messages from an airplane, one of which read:
"Hilary Duff - Chasing the Sun - July 29th."
She later shared a bikini pic of herself on the beach and wrote: "I swear the #chasingthesun plane is in the sky lol squint and look really hard."
Sex definitely sells, lol.
