On Friday, Kate Hudson revealed that she and her mom Goldie Hawn have the ability to “see dead people” The actress made an appearance on British talk show, “Alan Carr: Chatty Man,” where she opened up about her sixth sense.

“Me and my mom Goldie can see dead people,” she said “It is not really seeing, it is feeling a spirit; a fifth energy. I believe in energy. I believe our brains can manifest into visual things.”

Kate then offered a few tips for people having a spiritual encounter.

“When you see something, you are supposed to tell the energy what year it is and that they don’t belong there,” she explained. When your brain is freaking out on you, you may have to remind it. Why is being dead funny?”

She also told a scary story about a time when she saw a “ghost of a woman with no face.”

“That was really creepy,” Kate said.

#KateHudson Flaunts Her Toned Body In Women's Health, Says She Cant Wait To Marry Fiancé #MattBellamy

Kate Hudson, 35 showed off her toned body in the latest issue of Women's Health magazine, in which she talked about her fiancé, Matthew Bellamy and how she keeps fit and toned.

On how she keeps her abs toned and strong, Kate says:

"There is no favorite ab workout. Abs are nobody's favorite. Maybe some people, but not me. I would say the ab workout that I love cause I hate it so much, is Pilates. It's the ab [exercise] where you bring in your legs up and your arms back and hold it and bring them back in again."

"Any women who has had a baby, engaging with your lower abs, especially if you have had a C-section like I did," Hudson said. "Sometimes if you don't work on your stomach for even a week or something, trying to get back into it, and you then connect with them again, you're like 'where have those been.' I don't like it, but I try to focus on lower abs because of that."

On her relationship with fiancé of three years, Matthew Bellamy and their plans to get married, the actress says: 

"It's a long engagement. I think the best part is that knowing you're working towards the idea of a commitment that is hopefully as long of a stretch as you can pull it and forever seems beautiful… I think it's a real journey. There is a traditional meet, fall in love, get married, have children. And I am working on a very non-traditional life, and it’s just happening that way. But I look forward to the wedding day because when that happens to me, marriage what I really love about it is bringing the families together, and the kids."

"We are not that long distance," Kate continues. "And we both travel for work. How I make it work is we try not to spend too much time apart. We try not to spend more than two weeks apart. When you have kids it kind of goes without saying. You don’t want to be away from your kids for more than two weeks. And we travel together."

Kate, who balances her family, acting and fashion designing, recently starred in Zach Braff's film Wish I Was Here, out September 19 in the UK. Her latest film, Good People, will hit theaters on September 26.
